The Dias Festival will kick off on Thursday, 2 February 2012, with a music concert at which
Mossel Bay’s best music The Dias Festival talent will perform. Tickets are already available at the cashiers at
the Municipality in Marsh Street, Mossel Bay, at R25 per adult, and R15 per child.

Only local musicians will perform, and the provisional programme includes well-known
performers such as the Sotto Voce Ensemble, Hein Marais, Allan Green and his band, singer
Joanne Frehse, Dickey Knell, who has performed the role of Joseph in Joseph and his
Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Barbara Ann Cupido and flutist Werner Waldeck.

The concert will be presented by well-known Joan van Niekerk. It will begin at 19:00 for 19:30.
